I like to add a few sun dried tomatoes and soak them a bit in boiling water first, also capers.Another great topping consists of Gorgonzola cheese, sauteed red onions and rosemary.I don't always have SCD homemade tomato sauce on hand, so slice heirloom tomatoes (abundant this month) paper thin and use Tine Jarlsberg cheese slices (from Costco) with fresh basil and olive oil as a topping.Adding bacon and pineapple with cheese and no tomato sauce is another possibility.Try sauteed mushrooms and onions on the pizza Carol F.Celiac, MCS, Latex Allergy, EMSSCD 7 years Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
