A question about Vitamins?

Hello,

I am thinking of adding some Omega 3 vitamins to the Diabetic Pack I

already take.

Can anyone help me with this?

What do I take? How often? Do I need some flax also?

Flaxseed is high in omega 3 fatty acids. Some healthfood stores

carry the seeds in bulk. You can use a small coffee grinder to grid

the seed. I would also sugget sardines or some other oily fish 1 -

2 X/week.

When you get the fatty acids in the food that it is naturally found

you are likely to also obtain any other nutrients that may be

essential for the body to use the fatty acid.
