Guest guest
Hi Everyone, ASSESSMENT AND PLAN: 1. Acute renal insufficiency. A 24-hour urine collection and renal ultrasound shows this renal insufficiency is most likely associated to **overzealous diuresis and prerenal azotemia. No evidence of proteinuria and normal creatinine clearance. At this time, we will continue with anti-CHF medications and avoid over diuresis. S/L oversealis OR a versealis (Spanish accent; Ss, Vs, Bs, and Ps never sound like what they are supposed to) I cannot really understand the definition of overzealous in the English dictionary, if this is the right word. I have a feeling this word I have is way out of context or something. Of course, I have been out of it anyway lately! LOL Wink
