Ok my turn..

When Dr. Haque put me on the table on the 24 of Jan I was 290 pounds.

Got on the scale yesterday I am 209.6. I am wearing a size 18. (Shauna I

will send them to you when I get to a 16 because you will be in them soon)

Though why is it (and some of you maybe able to help me on this) Why is it

no matter how much I loose I still see a big woman everytime I look in the

mirror?

Its so hard to see the progress on somebody that is large......If somebody that

is thin lost 80 pounds we would think they had cancer or something.....I feel

the same way, I have lost allot and still feel like I'm huge! That is way its so

hard to get my mind wrapped around the ideal of being really thin. But imp with

you on this, I still feel huge, and no matter how much I lose its not enough and

its not fast enough.......

Thanks!! I can't wait to get to a 18. I haven't wore an 18 since 1996... WOW!

Looking forward to it. Yeah know, I was thinking about this yesterday actually

about why we see ourselves as still so heavy, even though we aren't anymore. I

think it is because we do not see anough visuals of ourselves. I am going to get

some full body pics of me and hang them up on my mirror in my room and on my

refridgerator...so that I can start believing what I am and learn to accept

it... otherwise we will never be happy. Best Wishes..
