TKD class

Had a blast at the Tae Kwon Do class. It was just the girls and I, and the

owner. He was cool about everyone working at your own pace and stop doing

anything that doesn't feel good. We're going to stick with it. The girls

couldn't stop talking about it all evening. We can go 3 nights a week if we

want to.

I go to the doctor tomorrow and should get the green to go on activity,

swimming, (my hot tub), etc. I think I'll appreciate sitting in the hot tub

after class. I feel really good after I exercise and I've missed it the past

few years. I'm excited about this.

I'm not sore, yet. I figure my knees and neck might tell me differently in the

morning. But that's ok. At least it will be sore for a good reason for a

change. If you know what I mean. Now that I can finally breath clearly again

(right Rx's finally) its time to get back to an exercise routine.

Well I'm tired and its only Tuesday - so there's plenty of week left. I hope

everyone is doing well this evening. Sweet Dreams!!!
