Guest guest Posted February 23, 2002 Report Share Posted February 23, 2002 Could you be hearing Trileptal? It's an anticonvulsant with an off-label use in psychiatry as an antimanic. The dosage listed is not to go above 600 mg per day. There is also Trilafon, an antipsychotic, but the tablet form comes in 2 mg, 4 mg, 8 mg, and 16 mg so I don't think that would be it.
