Thank you,

Polly

It pertains to an orthopedic operative report. It is

under Procedures Performed. Hope this helps...thanks

digits.

2. Cryptotic medial border, both first digit nails.

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES

1. Hyperextension interphalangeal joint, both first

digits.

2. Cryptotic medial border, both first digit nails.

PROCEDURES PERFORMED

1. Interphalangeal joint fusion with screw fixation,

first digits both feet.

2. Phenylmatrasectomy, medial border, first digit

nails, both feet.
