Yippee!!!! One year anniversary! Hooray!!

N

Now I am able to join the big leagues

Okay folks it was just one year ago today that I was laying on a gurney at

the Medical College of Virginia wondering what the heck I was doing to

myself. Even though I had researched this surgery for several months and

had

talked to three surgeons, I really still did not know what to expect. Now

looking back, it was without a doubt the best thing I have ever done for

myself. The changes in my life the last year are amazing. I look forward

to

actively posting in this forum now that I have graduated to the senior

circuit.

Hi Bill,

Welcome to the group. I remember being at one year and wondering if I

would ever lose another pound. I did but then I hadn't dropped weight

like you guys do in the first year. You have done great. Do you have

pictures posted anywhere?

Hope your next year is every bit as successful as this year has been for

you.

Bill:

Congratulations!!!!! Ain't it great???? You have lost a lot of weight in

one year. I bet the clothes situation is tough. Don't go spending a lot of

money yet because I bet you still lose after a year.

Welcome!

Hi Bill!

If you are early, you will probably get to see me. I'm still tied up teaching a

class this summer and may have to leave early.

BTW, your pics on the website (especially the one with you AND your wife in your

pants are great!

See you soon!
