Guest guest
My husband has alway had a temp of 96 and that is considered normal for him. I am 98.6 and if I go to 100 I don't know who I am. Thankgoodness I don't run fever hardly ever...Glad you got the meter and it's nice that your insurance will pay for it.some anyway. Medicare covers my strips and lancets, however I do not change the lancets as often as they say and I don't think anyone does...Do they???? Helen Re: Individual body temperature My body temp is low as well. It has been since I was a child. It's normally around 97.8 or so. > > > Wow, so I'm not crazy when I tell the nurse by temp usually runs > > > low. I was amazed at how many of us are in that catagory. Guest guest
About twice a week and stick the side of your finger, It shouldn't get sore that way. But then I may have tough hands as I groom my dogs and use to train my own horses. Helen Re: Individual body temperature How often do you change them? I talked to the One Touch people tonight and he had me change it because the first time I pricked my finger, no blood came out. Are some fingers more sensative than others, because I am thinking this finger is going to stay sore. My diabetes nurse I see only wants me to prick my fingers for the time being. > > > > Wow, so I'm not crazy when I tell the nurse by temp usually > runs > > > > low.
