Guest guest
[:-/] Hi all, I had my surgery Feb 26, 2004. At my heaviest, I topped the scale at 260. After struggling to loose weight for 11 years, I am so glad that I chose GB to HELP save my life. I am down to 158, although happy with my weight loss, I still desire to loose 35 more pounds. I have some concerns though. I have not been to the doctor since before Hurrican Katrina . Being in Gulfport/ Biloxi we took some of the hardest hit from this horrible storm and being military, I am unable to seek medical care off base without it taking an act of congress to make it happen. Keesler was severely damaged and I have been unable to get in the general surgery to get followed up on. I am concerned with my body and how it is adjusting to this new body weight, and I am hesitant to loose anymore until I am able to get in to the clinic. Before the surgery, I had extremely high blood pressure. Now, my blood pressure is extremely low. 89/46 . My pulse rate is 67 as before the surgery it was 80-90's. Has anyone else experienced this. I also get allot of headaches, mainly of the right side of my head behind my eye. Thanks guys for all your imput and opinions.
