Guest guest Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 Well if this isn't a stupid lawsuit. the state of kentucy is suing the pharmaceutal company that makes OxyContin because people who are abusing the drug are clogging up their jails and prisons!!! Why in the world would they even have the ability to sue the drug company. the drug company didn't hold a gun to these peoples head and made them take the medicine.
