Guest guest
Just remember that not all allergies are evident. We all don't get hives when we are allergic to a food; lots of times the damage is being done inside and we have no way of knowing it. Also, the whole wheat we eat today is very different from the wheat of hundreds of years ago, due to hybridization and manipulation. Maybe it was good for humans years ago, but I don't think it is today. One of the things " they " have manipulated is the gluten content; today's wheat has a much higher content than it should. I agree with Janet: quinoa, millet, brown rice, etc. give us many choices. Be careful of oats--I'm not sure that all oats are gluten free, but there are some brands that can prove their's is and say it is on the label (I think Bob's Mills is one??) Beverly > > I kind of feel the same way. I'm very confused by the BBD, because it seems like you have to elimate just about everything. I always heard whole wheat is the better choice, but on that diet, don't you have to stay away from whole wheat, or wheat in general? Anything that can be an allergen you have to stay away from right? But what if you're not not allergic to the foods that they say to stay away from? A gluten free diet if very difficult, isn't there any way around that?
Guest guest
The allergies to gluten, you can free yourself! Gluten items glues (plasters) to your intestinal walls and nutrients cant absorb through it, once you get the build up removed you will have a whole new life. Once the buildup is gone, the proper way to consume Grains they need to be soaked, brought to there sprouting stage which is considered live food. The removal of the buildup takes consistency, first you get your colon moving for at least 2 to 4 weeks prior to embarking in a formula that will grab the sludge off. If one would start a fast that will give you faster results but not necessary, you can eat a Mucous-Free diet which is produce and water. This process is a real winner as I have been symptom free since I figured that out 4 years ago. It is that simple. It takes a dedication and perseverance and you will come out ahead. I did a 37 day fast and during that time I focused on cleansing out the organs as I didn't before when I fasted for several years prior to that. During that 37 day on day 16 to the end I had 14 feet of dryed, hard black sludge come out of me that is what was packed on my intestinal walls, nutrients could not move through that therefore I was only assuming a very low percentage of the nutrients I was consuming. My biggest goal is to help others not live in the pain I did from MS. You dont have to take my word for it just try it, I can help you not get lost in maze of natural healing as I was healthfood store poor at on time too, tring everything, it doesnt need to be that way.
