Guest guest
OK, it is time to post your weight loss (or gain) for October. Also post your goal for November. If you gained and you admit it, you have taken a step in the right direction. Now it is time for me to confess. I always weigh when I first get up as that is the time I weigh the less. When I stepped on the scales this morning, I had gained 2 lbs. This does not make me a failure. However, I will be a failure if I don't do something about it. So, I'm going for a walk. Going to walk down the trail, through the woods to the creek, then I have to walk back up the hill. By Friday morning, when I weigh again, I will have lost these two lbs. That is my commitment to myself. Hugs Eunice
Guest guest
I would like to participate in the weight loss group, although I did not post it Oct 1, the last time I weighed, at the doctor, it was 268. I weighed myself today and I am at 260. That is 8 pounds over approximately 2 months. My goal is 2 pounds this next month. Guest guest
> OK, it is time to post your weight loss (or gain) for October. Also post > your goal for November. > Hugs > Eunice I started October at 235 and ended at 236! After steadily losing since May (from 277), I had my first poor month. I'm not exactly sure why, but carbs were creeping back in. Some bread at breakfast and lunch. I have now cut the bread out. Also, quantities were going up and I'm now more conscious of that. The good news is my bg's. My mid morning spike to 140-160 is staying under 130, and that's my high for the day. I guess I felt that real good bg's meant automatic weight loss. This was not the case in October, so I am getting more attentive to amounts. I feel optimistic about 4 or 5 lbs in November. Wayne
