forgot to add , that not all these cases were settled in favor of the acm

affected person ....id dig em up , before jumping to any conclusions ....read

the full case !!

someone wrote off list ...i guess i didnt explain clearly that these are

cases from THROUGHOUT THE US ...not limmited to calif at all , infact , there

are none that were tried in the western area ....the decison is ment to help

other judges and attys know the impacts of the law ....( and perhaps avoid

the mistakes or tying up the courts further over the same issues ) .

some suport the position of the person with acm .....but every one of these

is complex ....i know in the past we have had a couple attnys on the suport

groups ...if there are any now , could you shed more insight or check these

cases out for us all ?

( i found myself bewildered at times reading through em , lol ) ...but , was

astonished too , that id actually found all relating to trama and acm before

going to the law library ....geepers , who would have thunk huh !
