Basically it is for anyone who is going to school or college, wanting

to have kids, pregnant, raising kids...in the dating/family stage of

life. It isn't intended to exclude people, it is just that I think

people at different stages of life have different support needs.

I agree and I am in the older group and would love to have just a type 2 older

one but so far have found out a lot from this group. Helen

Agreed, for the younger folks...they have different priorities...those of us

over forty well...we are starting to look at life a bit differently...can't

be helped...comes with the territory. lol. We are mostly done raising kids,

or we have em in their teen years now, some of us are going back to work

after time away...most of us gals are dealing with beginnings of

menopause...or midlife crisis...or both. And aging. Issues we need to

address along with the diabetes.

It is not discrimination to have a group for the younger folks...although i

hope some still hang with us here....we can learn much from them, as they

can from us.

Yes, I agree. I will certainly be staying on this group as I find it

very informative and great in support...just not quite so great in

the specific kind of support that I would like right now i.e.

pregnancy.
