You may also need to adjust your calorie intake slightly, eventualy with or

without a medication your body can get adjusted to the daily calorie intake,

fat intake and exercise and not be as effective. If you lower your fat intake

slightly and/or your calorie intake it can help your body start losing again!

Of course at the same time, if your calorie intake was too low when you were

losing the weight your body may need more to start losing again rather than

less! I would talk with a dietician because they are best suited to tell you

what needs adjusting to start the weight loss again!

Also changing your exercise routine can help as well. Just how your body can

get used to what you put in it it also can get used to the exercise you do.

You may need to add a new form of exercise in with your regular routine once

or twice a week. For example, if you walk 2 miles every day add some weights

to your workout and/or ride a bike for 2-3 miles once a week instead!

Are you certain that you really need to lose the 30 lbs? Sometimes

we don't realize we are already at our body's healthiest weight. I

know another time when I was a healthy weight I still felt fat.

Looking back at my size and weight I know realize that I was within

10 lbs of my ideal weight, but I thought I was still about 40lbs

overweight.
