I THINK I was at 168 last month. I'm at 164 now. Again, I really don't

deserve any credit for the weight loss. I've just been too sick and too

depressed to eat.. Oh, BTW, would you all keep me in your prayers. I'm

scheduled for eye surgery November 1 IF my cardiologist will approve it. I'm

having some problems with my heart again so It all kind of " iffy " at the

moment. I have an appointment with the cardiologist tomorrow at 3:15.

I am at 220 -- I think that is just 1 pound for the

month.

okay where are the rest of you. We had 17 members to post their weight last

month. Only 4 have posted so far this month.

Me? I'm weighting... =P As I said, Mine will be only about every

other month.

I was up and down in September but ended up with a 3/4 pound loss for the month.
