Guest guest
But for those of us that are watching carbs, and fat... we have to make that sacrifice... and it is negligible... Per the USDA nutritional calculator.... Low fat Cheddar or Colby has per oz 49 calories 6.9 g protein 1.98 g fat ..54 g carb Regular cheddar (full fat) per oz has 114 calories 7.06 g protein 9.4 g fat ..36 g carb So, I don't think that it is much a deal of Carbs... ----- Original Message ----- > Except that the low fat kinds have more carbs than the full-fat. > > -----Original Message----- > From: Angelia R > > > what's wrong with cheese??? some are high fat, and milk is a " carb " just > count it into your meal count... > If eating cheese, eat low fat kind... some of it is just as good... > Angelia in OR

Also, some cheses are high in sodium. I love gorganzola. The kind with the consistance of a good pudding. However, they are bad for me. I like microwaving chedder, but you should see all the oil that comes out of it. At least I can pour the oil off.
