Our tax dollars at work, but not on the street. I would love to fine someway to keep Fred out of the bathroom for long periods at a time. Nothing seem to work. He will be in there for hours. Then He gets bored and that's when he starts pulling the wall paper off. I guess I need to get some magazine in there. It may keep me from having more work to do. You think?
