Is the surgery the only alternative left? Is there any treatment, med, etc. that could help? I guess I'm thinking.... is the risk of you crashing in surgery worth it to have your tonsils out? Normally, I know that this is a very simple surgery, and doesn't take long. Does your doc feel it is necessary? I know what you mean, though. Our bodies seem to have a compromised immune system with this fibro. I know that any minor cuts or even bug bites take longer for me to heal. I wish you well and I'll keep you in my prayers.
