Ginger is good for so many things! For your upset stomach, for inflamed

muscles, for pain and for stress. (this is good for diabetes)

I LOVE ginger, and am trying to grow some. Easy to do!

The smell relaxes me, the taste is just spicy enough to keep me awake, and I

love what happens when I drink the tea... so soothing.

mmm... ginger...

Angelia in OR who needs to start cooking with MORE ginger...
