Guest guest
If you don't like sugar free soda, is there another drink you can substitute? Not only is it high in sugar, but check the carbs out on your next can! If you want to cut carbs, regular soda is a biggie....as I recall...lol...long time no see for me with the 'sugared' soda. I swore I would never drink diet....well...sure am. If you don't like the aspartame then try Diet Rite which has splenda in it, or if you just want the carbonation without the junk..except the fake sugar....then Walmart has carbonated waters that are quite good. Over ice, esp the Key Lime is good...but the Peach is good and so is Strawberry-Banana. It is not soda, but a pretty good substitute, and you are getting your water in that way....sneaky, huh? Please do take care of yourself. You can only get away with not doing so just so long...for now you are okay...but if you do it slowly it wont be so hard to change some things....and in the long run, it will make life easier on you. Guest guest
See the nutritionist and give up soda or drink sugar free. You will be very sorry if you do not change eating habits. It may take time to do damage but it will. g
Guest guest
I have found my nutritionist to be very helpful. I definitely would recommend it as they know more about the food stuff than the doc. > I dont watch what i eat much at all but yet i know i need to since my a1c test was up and my cholestral was up for the first time ever.
