Janet, what I use for the abs is a chair called the Ab-Doer. I don't think they make them anymore. I have what was the original. It was redesigned after that, but I love it because it allows me to sit bend any which way I want to to exercise many different portions of abs & back muscles. At the center back of the chair there is a flexible bar that connects with metal bar that crosses at the top and has handles for your arms. If you use it enough, you can definitely feel the burn!
