I subscribed to this board a while ago, I'm an occasional lurker, but the post I made the other day was the first. I developed Costochondritis 16 years ago after an auto accident and as is quite common with Costo sufferers, I began to have Fibro symtoms, but they did not start until about 5 years ago...between dealing with the Costo, a new job, and all the other aspects of life, I was overextended and couldn't deal with anything else so I was seriously in denial about the Fibro until I could no longer ignore it. I was formally diagnosed 2 years ago... I get a lot of support from the Costo board, but I am really looking forward to meeting new people with new ideas!!!
