Guest guest
that is wonderful! just eating more protein, eating less...which most folks do once they have their bg closer to normal, and excercise will help! meds too can. congrads...but keep up taking care of yourself...remember you gotta do this test again in a few months, so don't let it give you an excuse to say 'i can do what i want now'...i did that for a bit, so be careful. best bet....reward yourself with a movie or something non-food, so you get to associate success with other things. sorry if i am assuming...but i always celebrated things with food...and usually sweet things...have had to re-think 'rewards'. that is an incredible drop tho...and is to be cheered! tam diabetis 2, dx 11/

Guest guest
That is fantastic! My A1C has never been over 7, but my fasting/sugar 1 hr after eating is what got my dx. Knowing how bad I felt with only my issues going on makes me amazed at those of you who had 10+ A1C readings. You guys must have physically felt simply awful when you were dxed. Guest guest
Actually when I was diagnosed with bg's of 485 I felt good. Don't know why and don't feel much different just thinner now.
