Hi , Lipton has a lot of flavors. I'm drinking Peppermint now. Earlier, I had a cup of French Vanilla with Splenda and a dollop of French Vanilla Cool-Whip. Delicious, just like a rich dessert. The ones i buy I dont even remember there brand names, but there mostly Chamomile, green tea, black currant, rosehip, hibiscus, etc. I love teas, not too keen on black teas, but the herbal ones. My a1c test is still at 5.6 and my weight is at 189. Right now everything is going good. This was great news for me. With the start of a new year, this gave me a postive attitude.
