How much experience should RE have?

Hi all

I'm getting ready to schedule my lap/possible hyst with my RE. When

I met with him earlier this month, he told me he does dozens of laps

every year, and probably 20 septum resections each year. Is this a

lot? It sounds like it to me, but I'd like to hear your opinions on

this. How experienced were your RE's at resections?
