Hi Pema

I thought that statement was very interesting. Do you have any documentation

that supports this theory? If there a website I could research it at?

It has now been proven that the diabetes CAUSES the obesity, not the

other way around.

Pema here is a link for chair calisthenics with pictures. Maybe these would be

possible for you to do, even if you could only do some. There are three parts

to the series, you can get the others from the archives. It's an excellent

workout and at least your wouldn't have to worry about falling.

Dear Kristy,

I've answered in point form below: :)

I don't agree with what is saying. And as you say it's

just a theory. And even if there is something that supports the

theory it's just that person's opinion doesn't make it a fact but as

I say I don't agree with what she's saying.

**Pema: Perhaps I worded that badly, but it has been on television

here and also my doctor told me too - BUT, it was that Diabetes

causes WEIGHT CHANGE from low to high or vice versa. Sorry about

that.

were the case then Type 1s would have an answer for their Diabetes

too but that's not the problem with them. Also, while it's true that

a lot of people with Type 2 are obese as one of the other members

said as well as the genetics that isn't the case in all cases.

**Pema: I also went from super thin to medium to super thin and then

slowly began to put on weight that wouldn't budge no matter what I

did. I cannot remember the technicalities my doctor explained to me,

but will try to find out more. I have no history of Diabetes in my

family that I am aware of and they are all very thin, as I was too

before the onset of Diabetes.

Peace and Love,

Pema

Dear Chant,

Thank you for that. I had a look and I do all these and more while

sitting in bed in the morning and then on the edge of the bed, but I

also do yoga as well and I do these exercises in my chair about three

or four times a day. They are very good. I could not just sit in a

chair all day and not move!
