I, myself, have not tried it, but have heard several good reports on it! I, too, would be glad to hear if anyone else is having good results and exactly how much they are taking a day. I have read anywhere between a quarter tsp to a tsp per day. It certainly would be easy enough to incorporate that over the course of a day! Holiday greetings to everyone!! Guest guest
For the past 3 days my numbers have been mostly in the normal range. This is very rare for me. I have done 2 things that are different. I just switched to a new monitor AND I started eating 2 tsps of cinnamon a day. hmmmmmm I used my new monitor for about a week before I started the cinnamon. It seemed like it was working ok and my numbers were their usual high. I find it very hard to believe that something as simple as eating cinnamon would do this. This is very strange. I am out of the test strips for my old monitor, so I can't compare but I am considering buying some today. Has anyone had any results from cinnamon? Guest guest
>Has anyone had any results from cinnamon? Well it's GREAT that your numbers are in normal range, whatever the reason! It could be a combination of many things. I don't know how long you have to take cinnamon to see results. I started this morning with a 1/2 teaspoon in my protein shake. An easy way to do something that might have a good effect on our health - cinnamon is supposed to help lower BGs, cholesterol and blood fats. Congrats! Guest guest
I just read an article from WEBMD and it stated that by taking Cinnamon pills it can reduce your numbers. It also stated that just by sprinkling a little bit of cinnamon on something isn't enough. I was going to go to the health store to get some. I just found out that I am Type II and have been on the meds for a week and a half. > For the past 3 days my numbers have been mostly in the normal > range. This is very rare for me.
