Guest guest
Funny same thing happened to me. About 2 years ago I used to by the Carnation light hot chocolate (made by Nestle) suposed sugar free until I read the ingredients and saw it contained maltodextrin and dextrose. That was my first real lesson in the school of " Always read the label " . They recently changed their ingredients and no longer have the maltodextrin or dextrose, but they replaced it with aspartame. Not sure which is the worst of two evils. Later, Stefan > One thing we definitely should do is read labels carefully.I went to the > store a few days ago and bought a box of hot chocolate mix that said on the > front of the box 'no sugar added' It was only after i got home i read the > back of the box and it said contains 8g of sugar.Well that means i cant have > it.Next time i will make sure it says 'sugar free'. > CoolDog
