Funny same thing happened to me.

About 2 years ago I used to by the Carnation light hot chocolate

(made by Nestle) suposed sugar free until I read the ingredients and

saw it contained maltodextrin and dextrose.

That was my first real lesson in the school of " Always read the

label " .

They recently changed their ingredients and no longer have the

maltodextrin or dextrose, but they replaced it with aspartame. Not

sure which is the worst of two evils.
