I called the company and they told me that although it has no synthetic fragrance, it does contain ylang ylang oil which is fragrant. I know I am allergic to balsam of peru, which is a natural pine fragrance, therefore being " natural " obviously doesn't preclude causing a reaction. Is there anyone out there who is allergic to fragrances who has successfully used the Zia cleansing gel?
