I've been drinking green smoothies for years. One thing that you have to be

sure of is to vary the ingredents. I liked to use spinach and kale to excess,

it seems. Both of those contain goitrogens that block iodine reception and some

of the fruits didn't have a fructose/glucose balance. I developed hypothyroid

symptoms. Add the goitrogens and mercury together and I created a monster. I

still drink green smoothies but not with goitrogenous foods (peaches,

strawberries also cotain goitrogens) on a regular basis. I take iodine in

moderation now where I used to eat high amounts in seaweed. Too much is as

detrimental as not enough.

I drink lots of water but it never has cured me of anything.

A green smoothie is fruit and leafy greens blended with water. Yes, I add sea

salt to the water for the electrolytes. In fact, because I have developed

hypothyroid, I liberally salt my food with sea salt. I still drink lots of

water but it hasn't been curitive of neurological disease caused by mercury

toxicity or Lyme.

And how long have u been on watercure ? I too have lyme. I believe

hydration therapy will bring oxygene to local tissues and we know that

borrelia does not like oxygene .

I've been drinking water, half my weight (in ounces) for as long as I've had MS

and read about Dr. Batman. Close to six years. I agree, hydration is important

but in my case it wasn't a cure for MS. It did help with some of my symptoms.

I also ate water rich raw produce at the time. I still eat some raw foods.

hmmmm, maybe U could use a better salt.

What about exercise, they also recommend it to improve microcirculation.

Did u do any form, it can be even walking.

I'm in a wheelchair so walking isn't an option. I do a few stretching

exercises. I use a good brand of Himalayan sea salt. Water isn't the solution

to healing me but it is a good thing to drink. I wish that it would be so easy

to master MS!

I see. I would like to stress out that the idea of doing watercure is

not only hydrate the body by drinking water and avoiding dehydrants, but

also alkalize it. Practically, all artificial drinks on the market are

acidic, only water is neutral, that is why adviced is to drink ONLY

water, to flush out acid and normalize PH.
