Hi Pema,

It is about 7:30 pm, Christmas Eve at our house. We just got home from a

party, where I probably ate too much. I was careful with carbs, but did have

part of a ham biscuit, ate half of the biscuit, had a couple bites of apple cake

and a bite of a couple different kinds of pie. Other than that, it was mostly

protein - shrimp, sausage, veggies/dip and too much coffee.

We had a great time. Santa Claus comes to our house on Christmas Eve so

and I will be exchanging gifts in a little while.

Merry Christmas

Eunice

Dear Everybody!

It is 6.30 am Christmas Day in Australia and I got up at my usual

early hour, while my husband sleeps on, LOL!! It is HOT already and

was hot all night, around 24 Celsius, 78 Farenheit, but balmly and

beautiful.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas, please go to this link:

Hi Pema,

After all I ate at the party, I checked bg's and they were 99.

What is the name of your favorite perfume?

Dear Eunice,

It sounds as if you had a lovely time and that's important. :)

Santa came this morning here and I got a lovely bottle of my

favourite perfume, while our 'kids' (our Lhasa Apsos dogs) got a

soft, stuffed footy each!

Merry Christmas,

Pema

Dear Eunice,

I'm not sure if that's good or bad, as my testing machine works on a

different scale 5.0 and so on!

It sounds as if it was good and mine were too all yesterday, even

with all the Chrissy food! I was surprised and discovered that my

healthy low GI biscuits sent my BSLs rising, while good fruit cake

did not!

Peace and Love,

Pema

That is EXCELLENT. An average of 125 or 120 is the cutoff point for being

considered diabetic. Most normies hover around 100.

Dear Mickianne,

I used to love Missonni and Opium (St. t) and I would never

have thought of choosing White Diamonds for myself, but it's

gorgeous. Perfumes smell differently on all people though, don't

they?
