You should find a new job. Go to the labor board about the wages issue.

And file a hostile work place complaint AFTER you have a new job somewhere

else. That is what I would do. No one has a right to treat you badly. You

have

the right not to allow them.

I may be wrong but, I think Dept of Labor needs to

hear what is going on with your boss cheating you out

of the hours you work. That sounds illegal to me.

You need to see about getting another job. No job is worth putting up

with that kind of abuse. Start checking the classifieds and calling up

agencies. You are an employee, not a slave. Being proactive rather

than reactive will do wonders for your mood and self-esteem.
