And file a hostile work place complaint AFTER you have a new job somewhere else. That is what I would do. No one has a right to treat you badly. Start checking the classifieds and calling up agencies. You are an employee, not a slave. Being proactive rather than reactive will do wonders for your mood and self-esteem.
