Guest guest
I am now taking something for my thyroid, it is over the counter, but seems to be helping. No weight loss, but my tummy is going down a bit...a first in years! Knew my thyroid was off, even tho conventional tests showed within normal range. Ha! Also on vitamins that have digestive enzymes in them, which seems to be helping me too. We'll see what happens and if this finally does the trick. Diabetes is doing better too, esp since now I am getting more sleep. Amazing what a simple thing like that can do for a person. Tam

I've been convinced for years, but all my tests show normal. Is there something I should request? Congrats on getting things straightened out! Guest guest
Carolyn, it is called " Enzymatic Therapy. Natural Medicines " . " Thyroid and L-tyrosine Complex " . It has vitamins, T-thyrozine, and glandular complex and small amount of thyroid extract. I don't know if that will help you, but worth looking into. Also am taking vitamins that seem to help me... GNC Multi... Ultra Mega Gold.100 mg B-complex timed release, with digestive enzymes in it. It has 41 ingredients in it. Pretty good stuff, surprizingly. tam

I had to stop a B-complex (now just take a straight B-12). H, Charlotte NC
