Guest guest
Hello all, I've been reading tidbits about gluten and I'm wondering if you don't have celiac disease or a sensitivity to gluten is it wise to still avoid it because of my MS. I've had an elisa and I'm not allergic to gluten but have a moderate sesitivity to sugar cane and molasses. Since gluten is a sugar I'm inclined to avoid it. Oh, please don't slam me for asking what may seem an obvious answered question. I've been slammed before and itsn't pleasant. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Celiac is whn gluten destroys the villa in the intestineds. Ms is when the immune system reacts to proteins in gluten (molecular mimicry). erITHER WAY, IT'S BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM gLUTEN.
