Lori I have those exact same bumps on both arms. They are like chill

bumps that won't go away. No one can tell me what they are either. I

will ask my deratologist when I go see her about my red elbow. Yea My

elbows are red all the time. My PCP gave me some ointment but he did't

n\know what was cause it unless it had something to do with the

bursitis in my elbows. So if I find out anything from the dermatoligist

I let you know. I'm calling her office today with the rest of the world

wakes up.
