Hi YvetteCan you eat Rice Krispies without becoming ill. I have a copy of the

BBD from '98 and Rice Krispies + Rice Milk are included, but they're processed.

I've been eating it trying to see if my hiatus hernia & esophagus problem will

improve. But I worry about it being so processed. I'm not sure if gluten makes

me spacey or if those spells are senior moments. So far I think my hiatus

hernia is more improved than my head. Is that processed food a good idea?Alice

Of course there is another way. There are several ways to beat ms. I thinkthe

first step is to look at your medical and personal history and determinepossible

causes. For me, I think my ms cause is/was an under developed andweak immune

system.I've eliminated my symptoms, seem to have stopped progression and

feelbetter than I did when I was 18. I did this by modifying my diet,

addingspecific supplements, doing specific exercises, and taking LDN to

regulateand help my immune system. For me these things work together,a nd the

mostimportant component is my diet. I can go off ldn for months with no

increasein symptoms. But, if I eat gluten or processed foods, I have symptoms

withthe half hour.MS is tough, no doubt about, but it can be

controlled/cured.YvetteOn Mon, Jan 19, 2009 at 5:21 PM, Janet Orchard
