Guest guest Posted August 11, 2003 Report Share Posted August 11, 2003 I get confused when I hear that you should count your carbs...Starchy veggies are carbs - and salads are carbs...Eating a cuke, or lettuce is not the same as eating a potato...and no sugar?...When I'm at a restaurant rather than use equal or sweet & Lo in my coffee, I will use a packet of sugar (I usually use Splenda), and maybe give up one piece of bread..and about Weight Watchers..it's not a place for diabetics..just look at their frozen desserts..full of SUGAR...~*Lainie*~ http://community.webtv.net/LAINIE121/doc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
