Guest guest
Hey Ladies! I'm finally free!! Surgery was 12/13 and I feel a little more human today. My DH and family reports that the septum surgery was " not a big deal " according to the RE. I don't remember Vicadin is such a wonderful drug!! However he is a little concerned with the endo, Stage 4 again and it has moved on to my diaphram so that explains the pain under my ribs! He does say that I am all set to have a baby after a few months of healing. After that then we will have to consider treating the endo continously with bc or other drugs until we are done with children and then a hysterectomy:(, I'm not sure I like that. The RE doesn't like were it's spreading to though. Recovery has been a little rocky, NOT because of the resection, I've hardly noticed that besides a little discharge. It took me 4 and a half hours to wake up in recovery. (I still have questions of why it took so long) When we got home my lap insicion site bleed and we had a emergency call to the RE. Next I developed severe chest pain and shortness of breath, went in to see my family DR and she sent me for x-ray. Come to find out I have an excessive amount of C02 left in my abdominal cavity, trapped under my diaphram. So I'v been on bedrest until it clears up. I'm just waiting for the results of my 2nd x-rays now! All in all though I am so relived and just can't wait to move on with this saga. I feel like my like theme is hurry up an wait! Thank you to everyone for their thoughts, advice and most off all just listening! Knowing someone has been there means the world to me! Ps. Thinking of you Joann!! Aurora SU RESECTED!!! 12-13 Stage 4 endo 2 laps 1m/c
