Wean all one med before the next?

Asha has been on the diet for 5 1/2 weeks. In that time we have

completely taken her off Diamox and as from tomorrow dropped her dose

of Lamictal from 250mg/250mg to 200mg/250mg. She is also on

1000mg/1000mg of Vigabatrin and 10mg/15mg Frizium. Her neuro told me

to drop the 50mg Lamictal in one go but I did it over 4 weeks at

12.5mg a week. Even though Asha's seizures haven't reduced I am so

excited to see how happy and alert she is. I want to keep going with

the wean. I don't know whether to keep reducing the Lamictal and if I

do should I now start on the evening dose and keep the doses even

morn and night? Or do I start on one of the other meds? I really have

no idea what med is the 'worst' for her to be on. Leita and Asha 17.
