I find I get very hungry the week before and tend to overeat, hence it

shows in the bg's. But during I do not see anything that is not usual

based on my food intake.

My BG has gone from an average of 173 - 4 weeks ago to 117 average now.

I am not eager to see what TOM will do to that average, but I just

tested my after lunch and it was 107. Very happy with that.

I think that monthly hormone changes do effect BG levels. I know that

whenever I go to have blood work done then see the Dr after I'm done in teh lab

and

numbers come back and get listed on my chart, the nurse always asks me first

thing off if it's that time of teh month, when is the usual date for it, etc and

sometimes when going over the results my Dr will look at my chart including

nurse notations and say " your fasting and A1c are up a little but that's normal

considering "
