Guest guest
Hey Everyone, I got married this past weekend and the fibro decided to take a vacation. I had the wedding at my parents house so that in case I had any symptoms the ceremony wouldn't be that hard. It was a beautiful wedding. I was a little worried when I started planning that I had changed too much stuff in order to cater to the fibro. That was not so. I couldn't have asked for anything to be changed. My husband, still strange saying that, lol, and I went on a honeymoon to Tampa and went to Y Bor city. I was able to dance to two songs. Something I haven't been able to do since before Christmas. I miss that activity the most. Had a great time and so far I am in some sort of remission. Am having those more these days. I guess stress really does play a big part. This is the most fun I've had since getting diagnosed and the wedding taught me that I need to take time out just to have fun without worrying if I can do this or that.... Have agreat day everyone. Have agreat day everyone. 1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. 3. To unsubscribe the e-mail is: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group-unsubscribe 4. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense of humor. 5. Pls let's be gentle with each other, and if you are having a bad day pls let us know so that we can do our best to offer our support. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
So glad it all went well for you. I got married last year and found the same as you, that the demon stayed away for the wedding and honeymoon. I try to make sure that when I have a remission I do something FUN, just for me! It certainly seems to do the trick. I suppose it makes sense that when we relax our bodies relax. CONGRATULATIONS to you both, live long and be happy together. x Joo > > > > Congrats on your wedding!!! Least Fibro stayed away for you.
