Guest guest
My IP6 is winging is way to me as we speak so I thought it best to ask - how does it actually affect you/wht sort of affects have you experienced with it? I'd rather know what I an expect beforehand than to freak out after I begin taking it. (You know what I'm like Janet lol) 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' Guest guest
All it does with me is makes me " go " . Very simple. I haven't had any side effects. Take it slowly though. I have noticed I want to drink more water and I am relaxing my dependence on rice (rice cakes, rice milk, rice muesli, rice pasta, rice sweetening, rice...) for a while to ensure I don't become intolerant to it. I think you are about to use the same brand as me. I started with 1 capsule every other day for a week, then 1 a day, then 2 a day but haven't got past that mark yet. Every time you go to the bathroom you think hey another load of iron gone Janet To: mscured From: rachael.m.thomas@... Guest guest
It's rice bran andsits well with the BBD to the best of my knowledge. As Janet has said previously though, best to cut down on rice intake in order not to become intolerant to rice - less rice milk, rice, ricecakes etc.... 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' Guest guest
Rice isn't a legume. Anyway, it is BBD-compliant. I am on the BBD strictly - as is Janet who was first to recommend IP6. Guest guest
I know rice isn't a legume. But legumes were listed in the ingredients that I gave in my initial message detailing the specs for IP6.
