I sleep on my back using a wedge pillow. I cannot sleep any other way.

Therapy (IBT), where the head of the bed and the whole length of the bed is

raised at an angle from 4 in. to 8 in. at the head and angling down to the foot.

To be secure and safe it will take some effort to build. Has anyone tried this?

It is supposed to help circulation.

hi carolyn

yes i am trying ibt for a couple of weeks now

i have an orthopedic bed that rises/declines, on the angle either end

once settled down for sleep i can electronically raise my bed [head end] to now

6 inchs and have found better sleep pattern and less leg spasms, cramps, etc.

have a board at the end so i dont slip down

not sure if i will go much higher

my ms is all in my legs and take ldn and baclofen[day] and clonazepam [night]

also calcium and magnesium that is recommedned for the legs with ldn

good luck
