Any advice anyone when you've gone to a restaurant with a disabled bathroom and,

whilst you can get in there with a wheelchair, you find it has no grab rail and

the wc is not near enough to the wall to be able to lean on.

, I got in the habit of sitting or leaning while dressing. I am at

the stage now that I HAVE to have some support or I would fall over.

Even when I go to the bathroom I put the back of my right calf against

the toilet to pull down my pants and my forehead against the wall so I

can use both hands to pull them back up when I'm done. ..............
