Guest guest
Hi Welcome to the group. We're here to listen and share our journeys in coping with this disease. Please ask any questions or share your own wisdom learned from years of coping. I'm from Ontario, Canada myself. What town are you from? I live near Chatham. Guest guest
-Hello , I had the lapband put on in 2002. I too have gained back 35 of the 70lbs that I lost. I am in the early stages of getting information together to send in to the Univ of Missouri-Columbia to have the surgery. I hope to be able to send my packet, referral letter, lab work, and psych approval letter on Tuesday of next week. Then I am going on vacation (a cruise to the Panama Canal, Jamaica, Mexico, Caymen Islands, and Costa Rica.) I hope that soon after I come back I will have my first appointment with the Bariatric Center. I wish luck. This is a great group of people on this site. You will learn alot because they have alot of knowledge and are willing to share it with us newbies.
