Can't normal (non body builders) people only absorb 30 at a time?

Just curious.

Mike, it never hurts to take in as much protien as you can.

My only concern is that people would use a protien that tastes like ca-ca

because they think that they can absorb all of it when they really can't.

I think it's important to find a protien that you can live with or even

better..enjoy, it makes life nicer.

Mike,

My nutrionist recommends the Isopure drinks. I get the ones that are

actually liquid and come in several different flavors. They taste like

Gatorade to me. I get mine at GNC and they are $3.50 a bottle and if you

buy 5 you get the 6th free. They arent like a protein shake that you need

to drink within 30 minutes or so, you can sip the Isopure all day long.

Mike, that was funny...about the body builder thing.

If you enjoy the protien you are drinking...that is wonderful.

Post WLS can't absorb a full serving at a time anyway. I'm assuming that 8oz =

50 grams, but we can only do 1-3 oz.
