I know NeurtaSweet does, but now I have somebody, not on the Internet, trying to tell me that Caffeine does........ it's a bigger story then that, but I won't go into it, and I believe they are wrong. I truly don't think it causes swelling. If it does, it's very light. I also can't handle nutrasweet. It makes me nauseated.
