Guest guest
I am ready to strangle all my children! ~ I wake up this morning to " Sierra is putting the cats outside again " We went through this yesterday as well. I had to get up, go out and chase two cats back into the house through the mud from all the rain that we had. ~ Get up to get in the shower and three of the kids are outside playing, without permission and I didn't even know they were outside (this is a real issue, Savannah will climb out her window and run off and she was one of the children that was outside this morning) ~ Come out of the shower to no breakfast, someone had dumped milk in the cereal that was put aside for me and it was a soggy mess...plus they ate half of it. Second morning in a row there has been nothing for me to eat because of stupid stuff like this, and I am hypoglycemic so I am really sick now. To top that off the house was totaly trashed. Breakfast dishes everywhere (told the kids that if they can not eat at the table like civilized people then they could go hungry. Started throwing all the dishes out of the living room and broke one of the kids plastic bowls when it hit the wall. Bought the kids brand new tennis shoes the other day, found all of them in the middle of the floor soaking wet where they were playing in the water outside (which they were not supposed to do), threw all them in the trash since we have been going around with them since we got them to put them away. Cherokee's school stuff was all of the floor...into the trash with it as well. (Get the feeling that I am sick of all this crap?) Then there was the mess that they made getting into my desk, in my stuff (this has been a real issue. Savannah can't seem to get it through her head that my stuff is off limits. The child ate three boxes of protien bars that I had hid in my room ~ this means she went in there and went through stuff ~ for the hypoglycemia. I quit buying them because at $20 a box I am not having the kids eat them like candy bars. They can put up with me being a total grouchy bitch. Maybe that will get the point across. All my paperwork for my Usborne Business was on the floor. Then there was the guinea pigs. They were cleaning the pigs and making a bigger mess than they needed to. Told them if it wasn't cleaned up properly as soon as they were done then the pigs were going in my room and they wouldn't be allowed to have them back. It goes on and on. Going to strangle them!!! I am so fed up with all the crap. I mean, these kids spend so much time cleaning up the messes that they make that we don't get any school stuff done then gets mad that I am not working with them. UGH! I mean, I have to put up with some crap from the ASD kids in the house, but why the NT ones too??? ~ Georga ~ Furby Rescue: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jorghahaq/Furbyrescue.htm Usborne Books: http://www.ubah.com/F1549 Register to win $50 in free books! Guest guest
Sounds like the kids are in for it. You could always do what my mother did with us. Take away everything they own and put it in the garage or someplace. Then ration their food to them. Make them live with only the esentials. My mom gave us 3 outfits to wear with 3 pairs of socks and underware and 1 pair of shoes. I know this is rough. Maybe you could put some locks on the cupboards too. Guest guest
> I am ready to strangle all my children! I can relate to that all too well this morning. My son also went outside in his new tennis shoes a few days ago. They're also the ONLY pair he has that fits right now because of a sudden growth spurt. So he had to wear a pair that was too small to school. Grrrr.... The 9 yr. old NT daughter woke up and informed me that she's going to be " Ugly for forever! " because she didn't get up in time to straighten her hair. She also wore her SISTER'S new shoes out into the mud. This is after last week when she wore her SISTER'S new school pants out to feed the dogs (4 very large labradors). Why did she wear her sister's stuff outside? Because she didn't want to ruin HER stuff. >Then there was the guinea pigs. They were cleaning the pigs and making a bigger mess than they needed to. > I like guinea pigs, I do, but I refuse to buy any. I'm not putting up with the mess and with my kids, it would be a major mess. I've taken 3 (count them 3) large garbage bags of toys out of the house this summer and you can't even tell that I took the first toy. I'm so tired of over indulgent grandparents. They don't have to clean the mess. > Going to strangle them!!! Yep, I'm all for that. Let's have a strangling party. I'll do mine at the same time. played on my laptop the other day and lost the article I'd written for tomorrow's issue. Did I save the article anywhere else? NO. Stupid me. Now I have to rewrite it, which I should be doing instead of reading email. What she was doing in my WP file is beyond me. She can't read so I know she had no clue what she was doing. She was just clicking on the little windows that popped up. Grrrrrrrrrrrr........... Actually, this has been a good week. So I guess I shouldn't gripe. It's been worse, much worse, I just don't want to rewrite that article! Tina
Guest guest
((((((Georga)))))) Sounds like an absolutely crappy day! Can you install locks on your stuff and maybe the doors so they have to ask before going out? Sue, who hopes you're feeling better now. Guest guest
It amazes me. Cheyenne (she is 4) is really good with the pigs. She takes them out and plays with them and everything. Try taking out the pig and showing how to pet them and hold them and all. Piggies can take a bit of " abuse " . Ours don't seem to mind a bit rough handling just as long as it isn't continous. Pick some dandilion leaves and let him feed the piggy. I bet he can learn to become friends with Oreo. I wish that there was an option outside of shavings. That's great that they are good for Savannah.. will look at Oreo and smile at her..but I'm always afraid he'll try to pull on her cage..and knock it over. Oreo loves to be pet..she likes to be scratched behind her ears..she's really adorable..I wish she wasn't so messy! Mimi

Guest guest
10 cats, 5 gerbils, 2 turtles, 9 piggies, 1 ferret, and 1 fish. Tomarrow we go get an iguana. It was the only thing that Cherokee asked for for her birthday. I found a slightly used one in the Pennysaver for a good price with all of his supplies. The woman that has him and her husband seperated about three months ago and he left the iguana and she is deathly afraid of it. She has tried giving it away, and no one will take it. One of the guys that works for her comes over every couple days to feed it. Feel bad for the thing. It will be spolied here. Cherokee is thrilled. Cleaned her room where she would have a place for his cage. I live in a zoo. ~ Georga ~ Furby Rescue: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jorghahaq/Furbyrescue.htm Usborne Books: http://www.ubah.com/F1549 Register to win $50 in free books!
